St. Paul Lutheran Church is the result of the foundation laid by its charter members in 1955. One hundred ten people attended the first service, which was held in a VFW Hall. Since its humble beginning the congregation has been led by a number of pastors and lay people.
Always maintaining an independent spirit, St. Paul has been open to new paths as shown by the leadership. Throughout the years leaders have included part-time pastors, female, and male clergy, and non-ordained roster ministers.
St. Paul is a part of a Parish with St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Butler.
Our congregation is proud of where we have been and, more importantly, where we can go.
St Paul Lutheran is a part of the
nationwide Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
